It was a unique opportunity to highlight our industry, our commitment to quality, and above all, <strong>our Norman expertise in scallop processing.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Philippe Gall,<\/strong> Director of Coq Mar\u00e9e, proudly represented our teams and carried high the values of our company. From <strong>sustainable, artisanal fishing off the coast of Dieppe<\/strong> to <strong>the processing of scallop meat in our dockside facility,<\/strong> we showcased every step of our approach: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Manual shucking<\/strong> immediately upon landing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Flash freezing at -40\u00b0C<\/strong> within 48 hours to preserve freshness,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And the production of <strong>roe-on or roe-off <\/strong>scallops, depending on the season \u2014 including <strong>Label Rouge <\/strong>certified products.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This international event allowed us to <strong>meet with numerous partners, strengthen business relationships,<\/strong> and reaffirm our ambition: <strong>to promote exceptional French seafood products, while respecting marine resources and the work of our fishermen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thank you to everyone who visited us at the show!<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>From April 23 to 25, Coq Mar\u00e9e took part in the Seafood Expo Global in Barcelona, one of the world&#8217;s largest trade shows dedicated to seafood.
