On October 1st, we will cast off! Scallop fishing is one of the most strictly regulated fisheries: it ensures both the preservation of the resource and safety at sea.
Regulatory updates: each crew will now be required to keep a register of dredges on board, specifying for each one:
– An identification mark
– Its total weight (kg)
Each skipper must certify the accuracy of this information to comply with the ship’s loading conditions and fishing limits. ✅
