Our vessels harvest scallops in the Baie de Seine, both offshore and along the coastline, following the principles of artisanal, regulated, and sustainable fishing.
At COQ MARÉE, the scallops are carefully sorted as soon as they’re brought on board, then hand-shucked in our dockside workshop in Dieppe.
