🔹 What is the Brotherhood?
The Brotherhood of the Knights of the Herring and the Scallop of Dieppe was founded in 1992 by local restaurateur Michel Mouny and a group of passionate Dieppe natives.
Its mission is to promote and elevate the two flagship products of Dieppe’s fishing industry – herring and scallops – while also highlighting the city of Dieppe, its surrounding area, and its culinary traditions.
Through this brotherhood, the art of Dieppe-style cuisine is celebrated, and its members actively work to pass on and preserve this unique know-how.
